To date, Longfor Group's affordable rental housing has been implemented in about 20 cities including Beijing, Chongqing, and Tianjin, with a cumulative opening of over 60,000 units, providing affordable housing for low-income individuals and young people. By the end of 2023, more than 40,000 affordable housing units were rented out, and the rental income from affordable housing units in 2023 exceeded RMB800 million.

- Longfor Group adheres to pertinent laws and regulations, such as the Government Procurement Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Bidding Law of the People’s Republic of China. We have implemented a supplier lifecycle management system encompassing supplier entry, evaluation, grading, risk management, and exit procedures. Simultaneously, we prioritize the quality standards of supplier products and conduct annual assessments of both Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. Furthermore, we strictly adhere to ethical procurement practices by signing Agreement on Integrity in Cooperation with all suppliers, including contractors.
